The stags are never in danger during the harvesting process and BioProtein Technology takes the appropriate measures to ensure that the animals are not harmed in any way. Each year, a harvest of velvet antler is collected by clipping them during mating season, while they are in their growth phase. Over the course of the following year, the antlers are regrown, making our product renewable and environmentally friendly. Once the antler is clipped, it is freeze-dried and put through our own extraction process to ensure the high quality of its constituents.
We have developed a three-step extraction process, unique to BioProtein Technology, to create our VAE. We take pride in having the most potent and bio-actively available velvet antler extract on the market. None of the BioProtein Technology raw materials are outsourced or sold to other suppliers.
An Improved Bottling Method
BioProtein Technology products only use amber glass bottles which prevent harmful effects of sunlight from degrading the bioactive components of the extract, thus protecting the quality and the effectiveness of our VAE products both before it reaches, and while in the hands of the customer. Since growth factor molecules tend to bind to plastic (bottles, droppers, and spray nozzles), the all-glass container prevents polypeptides from binding.
