BioProtein has been an amazing product as I’ve gotten older and dealt with nagging injuries from a 24 year martial arts career. I have 3 spine surgeries so I needed the extra boost in my workouts and therapies to get in condition to teach all of my classes. On top of that my hair grows thicker and I had once made the error of missing a month. I changed nothing but gained 15lbs.
